The School Calendar issued at the beginning of each year gives the schedule of minimum days, special activities, holidays, and vacations for the entire year. Notification of any necessary changes will appear in the Newsletter.
Computer Access: A copy of our student acceptable use agreement is found in the appendix of this handbook. No student will be allowed access to a computer on campus without a signed agreement on file.
Correspondence : Any correspondence which uses the school letterhead, or is representative of the school, must first be approved by the principal.

LUNCH PROGRAM
Hot lunch is served by parent/guardian volunteers Monday-Thursday during the school year. Lunch is prepared by the Elk Grove Unified School District. The menu and cost of lunch will be sent home monthly. Lunches must be paid for in advance.
Students bring their own lunches. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to pack (or have their older children pack) a nutritious lunch. Wasting food is unacceptable. Delivery of fast food lunches is discouraged.
MINIMUM SCHOOL DAYS
Minimum school days for all grades (K-8) are from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. On minimum days all Kindergarten students attend the morning session from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Appeal process for reconciliation
"The problem resolution procedure adopted by the Diocesan School Board is to be followed by each diocesan school community. It is the responsibility of the school administration to inform concerned persons of the problem resolution procedure. These persons may contact the Catholic School Department for further clarification."
Initial action: Meeting between the two parties to work toward a solution. or
Meeting between the two parties with the assistance of a mediator. (If situation is not resolved to mutual satisfaction, proceed to Step 1.)
